I came as an adult black belt from another gym in Alberta and I can honestly say that my experience has been wonderful. Masters Victor and Carmelina are wonderful -- they have been flexible, welcoming and understanding. We have a great core group of adults in the weekly classes and the Saturday Focusmaster classes are amazing.
I absolutely recommend sending your children here and if you as an adult want to get some exercise and meet new people, you should also come out for a class.
