No shady business of taking items to back room whatsoever. Treatment of clients and their jewellery handled n respectful manner. Prices more than fair.

(April 3, 2017, 9:09 pm)I had an array of pieces at the bottom of my jewelry box that I wanted to have appraised and looked at. Everything was done at the counter in front of me. When the verification of the gold/ silver authenticity was done with a series of tests, the clerk clearly explained each test and again, all was done in at the counter. Professional service, good prices and the clerk even gave advice about some pieces - what was worth selling and what wasn't. Would return again.
