(March 29, 2019, 3:53 pm)Victoria is the fastest electrologist out there. Went to her for my face and she was great. Hard working and very smart. Friends had skin issues and she made creams specifically for them and they were all very happy. This is not a street level clinic so manage your expectations.

(March 11, 2019, 6:19 pm)I have been going to Victoria for a while now. Electrolysis for facial hair can only be described as a journey and I am so happy that I am on that journey with Victoria. There is a lot of stigma attached to having facial hair and femininity. I wanted someone I could be at ease with and I found Victoria very empathetic. She never mades me feel shy or embarrassed. We might listen to an old movie or a documentary or just some light classical music. Whatever fits my mood. I come away feeling relaxed and more self confident.

(November 3, 2017, 11:35 pm)Highly recommend Bay Street clinic for electrolysis. I have been going for a few months now and really seeing results. From my understanding, it is important to go for treatment consistently at the highest possible setting. That being said, Victoria is great at what she does and always makes you feel comfortable. She uses a numbing cream and gradually works up to high setting. Other than that, prices are reasonable, hours are flexible and overall happy with the progress so far.
