(December 16, 2019, 8:01 am)My family has been coming to this Baskin Robbins for years. On Friday, I ordered an ice cream cake for my dad’s birthday. The girl, Jennifer, who helped me out provided very good customer service. However, the ice cream cake itself did not turn out very well.
I had told Jennifer I wanted a raptors design but unfortunately, they were out of stock. She gave me the option of ordering a photo cake and proceeded to look up raptors logos on her phone (which was very nice of her). I also looked on mine and found one that I thought my dad would like.
When I went to pick up the cake, I thought the raptors logo on the cake was very cool. However, I noticed that the red frosting and the red trim on the cake was totally off. See pictures below.
The cake itself was delicious of course except for the edible photo which tasted a bit strange.
