(July 16, 2019, 11:59 am)On a Friday afternoon the screen of my phone shattered. I thought I needed a new phone. The staff at Ask Computers repaired the screen for $70 in 45 minutes. They even threw in a new battery for free. Their service was prompt, of great quality, and fast. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work and I have recommended them to a number of friends. If you have a computer/cell problem, this is the place to go. Thank you again.

(July 10, 2019, 6:59 pm)Went in this week to have my hard drive looked at. The issue was diagnosed, and I had a new hard drive installed in just a couple hours at a reasonable price. They were also able to retrieve all my files. I was very pleased with my experience at ASK Computers & Cellphone Repair, and highly recommend them.

(June 29, 2019, 10:13 pm)Yesterday my iPhone 7 developed the audio ic failure. I could not use the phone to hear or talk, voice memos didn’t work, grayed out speaker icon when attempting to make a call. I’m an airline pilot and currently traveling. So it was a really bad time to happen since scheduling and changes occur and my phone is my lifeline. When I arrived in Toronto earlier today a googled the issue and located this store a short walk from my hotel. I called and explained the situation. I rushed down the street to drop it off and went to the St Lawrence market and a movie while I waited. They fixed my problem and now I’m back in business - literally. Thank you for the quick fix. I had went to t apple but they just wanted me to buy a new phone or pay hundreds of dollars for a repair that would be completed in a few days. This place was far cheaper and faster. Much appreciated. I would recommend this shop to friends. Leaving now in a few hours with a fixed phone.
