Suburbia on the island. there's no place like it. just don't stand in anybody's front yard while you're taking your tourist photos , the locals hate it.

Park consisting of four main islands and containing trails, beaches and children's amusement rides.

So much to do at the island, so much to see. Great beautiful parks, Canada geese, kids playgrounds and games, great for biking, just can't say enough about this place. The ferry ride over gives an amazing view of the harbourfront skyline. Drawback: Summer crowds on weekends, if you are an adult try and go during the week when there is less people.

Great day to spend several hours checking out the island. November is not the ideal time to visit the island but if you want most of the island to yourself, this would be the perfect time to visit it and explore the island. less than $8 CA dollars round trip, Totally worth it just to even check out the city skyline for afar. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Great views of the city. Wear comfy shoes or bring a bicycle (and a bike lock). There aresurfable waves on the beach in some spots if you're into that. Be sure to try the quad bike with friends to see the lighthouse and then walk over to snack at The Rectory cafe/restaurant. The ambiance is relaxing and green.

The islands are a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. Bikes are anecessity if you want to see all of the islands and can be rented or brought over on the ferry. You can choose solitude or being around people at one of the restaurants.
