I'v been here 3 times, all three technicians were kind, patient and polite. the wait time was 5-10 min maximum. the receptionists were nice too.
Went here on Monday my appointment was at 9:30am, and the room was definitely comfortable, my ultrasound tech was Sima, my baby was very very stubborn, we couldn't help but laugh and she was very patient.
Turns out she knew from the beginning that the baby was a girl, she was trying to get a really good gender pic of the baby to show us but was very hard, but once she felt very confident enough to tell us what it was she did. She was absolutely amazing.
I am surprised to see so many negative reviews. I have been going here for years (at least 10). I guess I was just lucky. I now live in Pickering but still like to go there for my tests. The ladies were/are quite nice. Waiting time has never been long and both ultra sound and mammogram people were very personable to me.
Took a family member here. They were lovely. Thank you :)
