  In a few words, if you have a Benz and you care for it, this is the place to go for service.
  
  I am a very picky customer when it comes to mechanics. At Workshop MB, I couldn't be more satisfied with their knowledge, skill, and transparency. That's why I trust Paul with any of my three MBs whether I need a simple oil change or I am leaving the car for few days to complete a major repair. He understands the car insideout and will get the job done right the first time. Highly recommended.

  I had an extremely warped tire on my Mercedes and Matt was of extreme help. Not only did he help to diagnose and fix the problem, but also explained everything he was doing in the process. He was extremely friendly and knew exactly what he was talking about! No complaints at all and would highly recommend Matt and Workshop Mb for your high end needs. Thanks so much again Matt!

  I have a 2014 Mercedes E350 that is out of warranty by 2 weeks. Check engine light went on. Took to a Mercedes Dealer for a diagnosis. They asked for 2 hours to start. Which I agreed. 3 days later I received a call from service advisor. Telling me there is an electrical problem and the tech requests up to a possible 8 hours more diagnosis time. I picked up the car from Mercedes with a $388 bill and nothing was accomplished. Got home disappointed and decided to look for a new mechanic. Googled searched “ “Independent Mercedes. Repair” meticulously analyzed local shops and there reviews and decided to go with Workshop MB. After memorizing the reviews, when I got to the shop I wanted to meet Matthew Hofer. Explained my situation and he recommended to take a quick look at vehicle and perform a diagnostic scan. I loved the idea that I was allowed in the shop and watched Matt perform inspection. I was very impressed at the steps that were taken in his strategy to perform a process of elimination to diagnosis scar. After about 40 minutes. Matt found problem and explained to me why that was decision . I authorized repair. Part was ordered and installed on the same day. And I have never been so happy with the quality of work. I will return and I highly recommend Workshop MB for Mercedes repair. Thank u very much Matt.

  On a friends advice, I took my Mercedes to Workshop MB. I was greeted by a nice lady. She listened attentively and made me feel like a valued customer. After waiting a short time, Matt introduced himself and we discussed the work needed on my vehicle. As other women may attest, this is usually when we need to keep our guard up and make sure we’re not taken advantage of. Right away I could tell this is not how Matt does business. He was respectful, patient and informative. He went the extra mile and offered different options at fair prices. It was the first time I left a garage with a good feeling and knew I’ll never take my car anywhere else.

  Workshop MB is the best mechanic I have ever dealt with in my life. Matt is dedicated, thorough and simply a genius. He stops at nothing to resolve every issue. I took my car in around noon and Matt stayed at the shop until 2am to ensure the car was safe to drive. I highly recommend their services and the price is affordable. I cannot express enough gratitude for Matt and his love for his job and share dedication to customers satisfaction. I hv met non that even comes close. 2 big thumbs up and five stars.
