(June 13, 2017, 1:44 pm)I have been living at 140 Carlton for 2.5 years now and the experience has been good. There are great amenities that I'm surprised to say not many people use. I use the gym, BBQ, party room, and pool and they are great. Building is relatively quiet, as we have never had to complain about noise, nor had someone complain against us. Neighbours are friendly enough, and all my experiences with the staff have been pleasant. A good place to live and well priced for being so close to the downtown core.
