I visited the store at Bathurst and the employee there was very helpful. She even contacted Bruno who gave me some great suggestions. I subsequently called the company and Claudia went over and beyond to help me choose the best wheelchair for my mother. On the whole, the company provided excellent customer service. I particularly liked that Claudia called me back as she promised and that’s always a plus with me. I would definitely recommend Vital Mobility for your medical supplies. Great customer service!

(May 8, 2019, 12:16 am)This store provides excellent customer service! We purchased several items and even though we stayed way past closing time, Brittany was patient and did not rush us. She was very knowledgeable about the products and recommended us to buy what we need vs what's most expensive. Spoke several times with store reps on the phone and they were all very helpful. The owner delivered the products personally and ensured that everything was ok. Very satisfied and would recommend to others!

I also like that their website is very easy to navigate and all products are also available online to rent/buy and shows prices. Rented a hospital bed from here and ultimately bought one as well. Overall great experience, would recommend.
