The customer service rep I talked to was very very helpful and quick at resolving one issue I did run into... I would def recommend them to all my fellow bird nerds. They have a huge selection and good prices.

Not only does Urban Nature have a good selection to choose from, the prices and shipping are great. Even with postal service delays, the order arrived on time and each bottle was sealed in its own poly bag to ensure no accidental leaks. I'll definitely shop again at the Urban Nature Store.

When my product arrived, I was pleased with my purchase. It was found to be a very good quality product and works great in my birdbath.
Staff are wonderful and service was outstanding. If you are looking for great products, excellent service and good value for your money, look no further. Urban Nature Store is definitely the place to shop. I highly recommend it!
