My first experience with Toronto Paramedic Services could not have been better. Matt and Kelly (Jane & Finch Station) were truly amazing! I don't throw terms like "angels" around, ever, but it's the only word that describes the professionalism, optimism, openness, decisiveness and caring that they delivered. While it's true that I have no prior experience with which to compare my encounter, it was A++. Good to know that people like this are on the job to help us when we have our worst moments. A huge thanks!!
