  Our daughter has been attending the Munchkin Manor since July 2017. She started off in the infant room, which was a bit rocky at first - for both my daughter, and I. As a first time mom, leaving my child with someone was the hardest thing I ever had to do. However, the educators at Munchkin Manor made the transition easier for us. We cannot say enough good things about the educators and management at this facility. They have been with us through all the stages in our daughter's development, and we couldn't be happier with the care they are providing.
  
  Our daughter transitioned very well to the toddler program and has made very strong relationships with not only the educators, but the children in her classrooms as well. Ana and Louise (Toddler Room #1) also supported our decision to potty train our daughter after she turned two, and they were both phenomenal in assisting us while our daughter was in their care.
  
  The option to access the monitoring system was a huge plus for us. Not necessarily to watch her 24/7 (although that's what happened the first couple months haha), but just to check in and see what she's up to. Many times, I've logged in and have seen several of the educators being affectionate to our daughter - hugs, kisses on the head, and great laughs! This makes me so happy!
  
  More importantly than anything else, our daughter is so happy to be at the Munchkin Manor! There is nothing more a parent could ask for than that. The learning, the games, the vocabulary she has picked up, the friendships...etc., are all great too - but most importantly, our daughter is safe, happy and healthy and we couldn't be more thankful to everyone at Munchkin Manor for that.

  We have nothing but great things to say about our experience at the MMEL. Very well organized, all staffs are super caring and my little one really enjoys going to the daycare. Natalie (the supervisor) is very attentive and always responds in a timely manner. The space is very clean with a great outdoor playground area as well as the indoor gym for bad weather days. We especially love the daycare web watch app ($20/month fee) offered so you will feel you are always connected (Those live feeds are very addicting!) and involved in your child's day. This was especially helpful for me as a first time mom. The daily reports will give parents details about all the fun activities and a recap of your little one's day. My little one started in the infant room and transitioned smoothly to the toddler room. Thanks to all the wonderful staff members! We are super sad to change the daycare in coming November as the one that's much closer to our home just became available. We would have definitely stayed if it was not for the location! Highly recommend this place :)

  I really love this daycare. The child care is excellent. The staff are friendly and everything is organized. I love the director as she is always available and responsive. I never feel worried ‘cos we have access to cameras, we can call any time and we receive reports everyday. Thanks Natalie for creating such a safe and lovely environment for our children.

  My daughter has been attending the Manor for over 10 months. We started out in the Infant program and now in the toddler program. I am so pleased with the care provided in both programs. In the infant program, they kept a close eye on her from the start and monitored her progress. We are provided daily reports sent to our email. I am so happy the staff and my daughter is always looking forward to going to daycare. I am so pleased in fact that when a spot at another very good daycare opened up in my office building, I did not want to move her. They keep a close eye on kids, their meals are well planned, their activities are so good for their social and creative development, I am very happy with MM.

  Nice daycare, good facilities, good team and high quality care! Knowledgeable director! I love this center! I send my daughter to this center when she was 12months. Now she is in toddler room! Wonderful teachers there! I can see she loves and enjoyed with her infant and toddler room,and she has been learned and experienced a lot! I am so happy about the center offered the summer activity schedule and make her summer become colourful and joyful! Thank you for everyone and thank you for everything you guys have done for my child! Appreciate~~
