Always a great service
Cassandra is hands down my favourite brow girl in the city. She is amazing and knows how to shape and tint brows to perfection while maintaining their thickness. They have an insane amount of shellac colours and I won’t be going to any other nail place anytime soon; it’s nice to have an actual conversation with girls my age who share similar interest and likes instead of having a bunch of people speaking a different language to each other while I watch the clock waiting to leave. The environment itself is beautiful; all white decor and everyone is pleasant and welcoming. I always recommend this spot to everyone I know because I just enjoy going there so much. It’s so underrated and the prices are way more affordable than any posh salon you’d regret visiting downtown. Definitely give this place a try.
The White Room Spa Lounge is absolutely the best place to go for all your beauty needs. I discovered this place by seeing a girl in the mall with the most beautiful eyebrows I have ever seen and rushed to her to ask WHERE and WHO was her brow specialist! That is how beautiful Cassandra does eyebrows. I went to her, and she listened and respected my wishes when it came to how I wanted my eyebrows. She worked with me to achieve my brow goals and I have referred friends and family to her, who keep going back. I'm not one for getting my nails done, but my cousin goes there all the time to get her nails done now. I have always had pleasant experiences with all her staff and they try their best to accommodate me and my insane work schedule. It is a beautiful cozy shop, always clean, smelling amazing, and all the staff are knowledgeable on all the products they sell. Hands down the best spa that I recommend to everyone!

Seriously a hidden gem of a spa in the city! I don't let anyone else touch my nails or eyebrows. Cassandra and Sandra are always on top of what is current and are extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend the white room spa lounge... I love this place!
