(December 19, 2023, 5:18 pm)Co-operators Insurance unexpectedly raised my auto insurance premium from 291 CAD to 345 CAD in the second month without any prior notice. This lack of transparency and unilateral decision-making is disappointing and unacceptable. As a customer, I expected clear communication regarding any changes to my policy. This unexpected increase disrupted my financial planning and eroded my trust in their services. This experience reflects a concerning lack of consideration for their customers.
