(July 6, 2019, 4:50 pm)I was looking for sofas. The variety in the showroom was great with good discounts. I preferred if they offered higher discounts per one piece rather than offering much higher discount if we buy another piece as people who live in condos are limited with space area which is not suitable to buy two pieces.
I was not decisive between two models and the saleswoman Patience Khumalo made it easy for me through her wonderful attitude and patience that made me decide. I would definitely go again and request to be served by Patience whose service was 5 stars. -

Sales associate Andrew was attentive and answered all questions. Adrian the manager took the time to talk us through our options and ensured we left satisfied with the product and price! I would definitely shop here again!

(May 23, 2019, 5:53 pm)Our sectional was ruined within few months because the fabric was really really bad quality. It had pills/balling all over it and got rough. I contacted customer service and they offered me to repair it with same bad quality fabric or 20% of the total amount as a store credit to buy anything else if I don’t need to get it repaired. I was really disappointed. Had multiple calls with both customer service and repair company and finally agreed for a repair because I had no other option. Left a review on google because I was angry.
Later they contacted me for an exchange and after paying a difference I purchased another sectional and luckily there was a tent sale going on and I got a very good price. Sectional is also good quality and much better thn the previous. We also bought extended warranty for 3 years.
I don’t know what made them change their mind. So far I am happy with the sectional. I hope it will last long.
