He was extremely on top of things not to mention punctual and pro-active. He will hustle for you and do it with integrity. Whether it's helping you find the perfect new work home to making sure agreements are in your favor. When negotiating he was professional and stood by what was important to us. Personally, he also was a wise sound-board and made a stressful process a lot easier. He never made me feel as if I was driving him nuts with my anxiety and he was good at calming me down with realism in a non-patronising way. Great person, great firm and I must add it starts from the top. Avi Behar initiated the lead and treated my comparatively small deal with ample attention. Would recommend this firm to any business (big or small) looking for a commercial lease in downtown Toronto. Thanks guys!!!
