During this Covid-19 pandemic, all the employees were wearing masks and taking precaution which was awesome! I was able to understand them even with their masks on. The staff working there are the best, so friendly and caring.

(September 1, 2020, 3:12 am)I love this subway. The owner guy is really nice! They're always fast and ready to go. They keep things clean and well organized. They are always ready for their lunch rush and they do a really good job balancing pre-orders with in-house customers. I always feel welcome there. Some subways don't really care how long you have to wait in line and sometimes they barely acknowledge you exist as a person, but this subway always makes me feel good to be a customer

It really makes you feel like these people actually care about what they do and it makes a difference. These people know how to do it right because yes, the small things do matter! It makes your typical fast food chain feel like a warm family restaurant!
