Walking through the home inspection with him I was able to see and learn the issues I had and what I should look out for. Vahn was very friendly and communicative during the inspection, answering any questions that I had. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

He explained the specific items he was looking at and was kind enough to accommodate on a short notice. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and I'd work with him again if I need another home inspection in the future.

He was very detailed and thorough in the home inspection as well as explaining all the areas and pointing out potiental issues throughout the process. He also provided a lot of useful information on maintaining the house. Very professional and detailed, I would highly recommend.
