But after trying other ways to try and solve my issues (without success) I figured I had nothing to lose by giving this a try. I did not lose anything, in fact I gained in health and mobility. And to be honest, it was not only more beneficial than other therapies but also less expensive. Bottom line is: go! It is good for you.
