They are not only good engineers but also acted as a trusted advisor for us to make decisions on what parts of renovations would be worth it based on our budget.
We would highly recommend Quadra because they:
- offered us a competitive price
- always responded promptly and communicated everything.
- provided detailed itemized estimation before signing any contract. We knew how much each part of the renovation would approximately cost so we could fit the more important ones in our budget.
- explained things causing extra cost that could potentially come up during the work after they see behind the drywalls.
- cared about doing the work right and brought every existing issue to our attention.
- kindly helped us with some small fixes and chores which were not in the contract.
- delivered the project in a clean and tidy state.
- assured us that they'll help us with relevant issues after the work is done, and they quickly fixed minor items after the end of the project and full payment. -

(November 4, 2020, 5:18 am)We met several contractors for our renovation project to get several estimates and “Quadra Group” was one of them. When you meet Nader and his team, you will immediately realize that they are very knowledgeable, honest, detailed and definitely not pushy like some of the other contractors.
One of the key advantages of working with Quadra Group is they are able to design and modify the existing structure as needed and they provide you letters and drawings required by the city.
A month after our renovations began, the COVID-19 Pandemic resulted in lock down. This was a challenge that no one had faced before but leave it to Nader and his crew to navigate through it with total calmness and coming up with solutions to every challenge that we faced. we were able to move back into our home on time and the workmanship was impeccable.
I can recommend Nader and his excellent team to anyone who wants to do any kind of renovation. -
