  I had prior dental issues and had lost some teeth as well as all molars. I couldn't eat or chew any thing except eat soft foods. Additionally, my remaining teeth very sensitive and discolored. Also, my front two teeth were protruding outward significantly. I never thought I would be able to eat proper food again. I was never comfortable with my smile or with my confidence due to my appearance.
  
  Dr. Mark Lin proposed removal of all existing teeth and replacing the lower jaw with a full dental implant and a prosthesis on the upper. Thanks to some exceptional treatment by Dr. Lin and his team, I now have a complete set of teeth. Prosthesis on the uppers and lower implants. He also performed some facial reconstruction when he did implants. I can eat almost anything now. My new teeth are not protruding any more! They are bright and clean and I love to smile. I feel like a new person and you can't shake more confidence into me!
  
  My surgery was done in 2010. Looking back, I am extremely happy with the treatment and results. From the very first meeting with Dr. Lin, he answered all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable every step of the way. His approach and execution was very professional and painless. He does care and is concerned for his patients well being . His clinic is top-notch and has state-of-the-art equipment needed for this procedure. I still visit him and highly recommend him.

  My father, having lost almost all of his teeth, never thought he would be able to eat proper food again. Thanks to some exceptional treatment by Dr. Mark Lin and his team, he now has a complete set of upper and lower implants and prosthesis. From the very first meeting with Dr. Lin, he answered all our questions and made my father feel completely comfortable every step of the way. His clinic is top-notch and has state-of-the-art equipment needed for this procedure.
  
  Dr. Lin is an experienced professional and my father could not be happier with the results. He can now smile without embarrassment and is finally able to enjoy the foods he loves again! I highly recommend him to anyone needing implants or dental work. You will not regret it!

  I've been a patient of Dr. Mark Lin for over 25 years, and I'm truly pleased to comment on the exceptional level of care and service I have received over the years. I've seen Dr. Lin grow from a new Dentist, fresh out of Dental school. To an established professional who has become a knowledgeable and well-respected expert in his field. Additionally, I've had the pleasure of interacting with his diverse staff who are also professional individuals in their area of expertise. Moreover, I can truly say that my long-standing relationship at Dr. Mark Lin's office comes as a result of being treated with genuine respect and great care with each visit.
  
  Recently, I made a decision that cost me a tremendous amount of pain and emotional distress. For the last 11 years, I've been traveling approximately 45 minutes to an hour to meet my appointments at Dr. Lin's office. During the Summer to Fall months, the trip is doable as I do not have to worry about inclement winter weather. So to avoid any further winter hardships, I decided to relocate to a Dental office closer to home. Once relocated, I did my routine checkups and cleaning and was beginning to enjoy the fact that I only had to drive 10 minutes for my dental care.
  
  After a couple of months of my new experience, I started to have a sharp and intense pain in my mouth. When I went to the new office, the Dentist told me my wisdom tooth needed to be extracted immediately. With the pain being unbearable I booked an immediate appointment to remove it. On the day of the appointment, I arrived happy to know I was just a few minutes away from being pain-free. But, after sitting in the dentist chair for about 45 minutes, being in pain and under frequent anesthetic. I was told the tooth was deeply embedded in my mouth, and it was difficult to pull it from the root, but it's finally out. I was given pain medication to treat an infection I had developed.
  
  Two days later in the middle of the night, the pain returned with a vengeance that I thought I was going to lose my mind. The following morning, I contacted the Dentist and explained the concern; he had me come into the office immediately. Only to tell me he couldn't do anything for me as it is just a part of the healing process. I reluctantly waited another 2 days while on excessive pain-killers. I called the office again, but this time he refused to return my calls. Finally, after a long back and forth, I humbled myself and called Dr. Lin's office and explained my situation, I was immediately booked an emergency appointment to see Dr. Lin.
  
  When I arrived at the office, Dr. Lin examined my mouth only to find the tooth was not extracted but, only had a small piece broken off; much to my surprise. After sitting in Dr. Lin's chair, he pulled my wisdom tooth out in 5 minutes without stress or pain, but only with a local anesthetic to freeze the area.
  
  As a professional, I'm not one to maliciously discredit another professional, but I do believe to give credit where it should be given. Dr. Lin not only did a fantastic job of removing my tooth. But, stopped the process of an infection that was heading into a more serious problem.
