The items got shipped out the next day and received the items in a week. The second time I ordered, I got a email from the owner Joel to thank me for the repeat purchase! Amazing customer service! Items arrived in perfect condition and have had absolutely no issues. Highly recommend ordering from them!

I ordered some items on their website on Friday evening and was so surprised to see my order driven to my house the very next day. Not only is their customer service exceptional, but the prices are the best that I can find on the internet for a rare Pokemon toy that is no longer in wide circulation. I paid half of the price compared to a popular online retailer. Playtime Toys, keep up the great work. I will be ordering from you when I need toys again!
