Having worked as an editor and coach at PFAU, I must say that Lisa is a wonderful person to work with - dedicated, experienced, accommodating, and passionate about helping her students succeed. Love my experience so far.
During my grad school, I worked with Lisa for three months. Lisa was very accommodating to my needs and I learned a lot of valuable information within a short time frame. Lisa motivated me to try my best. Her words of comfort and encouragement, motivated me to do better.
I currently work as an editor/ coach for PFAU. It is so rewarding getting to help students improve their essay-writing and time-management skills, and to hear about their successes after working with us. Each piece of positive feedback from a happy client honestly warms my heart. Lisa is a very helpful and dedicated person - she truly cares about her staff and students, acting as a second reviewer and providing useful additional resources and tools. I am grateful to have been able to speak on her podcast as well, which is another way she provides information to students. I had the pleasure of being a guest on Lisa's podcast, and she was a great host! One of the best podcast interviews I've ever been on. I was super happy with the final product. I was also an instructor and loved getting the chance to design my own 6-week course on writing and reflection. I had full creative freedom over the content.
