We have been using PC Service on Site for 5 years and we are always pleased with how efficient and knowledgeable Pete is. We are a very busy health clinic and when we have had an issue Pete is able to help us out remotely. We have also bought several computers and had PC Service on Site get us up and running quickly. I have used this company for the past 4 years and the one thing that stands out time and again is the fact that they are more concerned about customer service and quality service than the money. Pete has taken time to trouble shoot for me a number of times without additional charges and is willing to sent you the DIY instructions when it is a quick fix saving me money in the long run.

I've been using PC Service On Site for a few years and have always had an excellent experience with the company.

Recently, Pete Skinner, the owner helped me find, purchase and set up a new computer. In the process, he discovered that my modem speed was pitifully slow and I was being overcharged by my Internet Service Provider. He got on the phone with me and them and helped me negotiate an upgrade. Unfortunately, the ISP didn't deliver on what they'd promised but Pete was a great moral support as I spent the next couple of weeks ironing out the problems.

Once the new modem was installed, Pete was able to return and complete the set up which went very quickly and efficiently. He was very good at explaining what he was doing, giving me practical tips and answering all my questions. I also find his fees are reasonable.

I would highly recommend PC Service On Site to anyone needing computer support.
