  As a general contractor and investor, I have worked with dozens of realtors. Patricia has been the one that I keep coming back to. Her devotion to finding what I need in a house is outstanding and her work is extremely thorough. My most recent purchase proved to be an issue long after closing, Patricia gracefully handled and communicated on my behalf to solve the unorthodox issues presented by the tenants that were placed there by the previous owners. Just recently began a new search with Patricia. Would recommend to any first time home buyer and even to the more experienced investor.

  I had gone through the purchasing process of a property with Patricia. Without any form of exaggeration, she is hands down one of best negotiators I have ever met! She went the extra mile in bringing down the purchase price and helping me find the perfect home in the core of Mississauga. She is very thorough, professional and supportive throughout the entire process. Patricia prioritized my needs and desires to fulfill them to the best of her ability. She is also very quick to respond to emails or calls if she is unable to answer (which I found to be rare when dealing with other realtors in the GTA). Patricia made the purchasing process a breeze and without having me settle for an unfavorable living environment. She has my highest recommendation and I could not thank her enough for her time and dedication to my satisfaction.

  Had lots of patience with the many, many showings! Very quick to respond to questions or concerns and sends reminders to first time home buyers on all the needs prior to the closing date! Enjoying my new home very much!

  Patricia took the time to understand what I was looking for in a home and was always very prompt in responding to my questions, emails and phone calls. She made the home buying process easy to understand and went the extra mile to ensure that I was confident in my decisions. She helped fulfill this first time home buyer''s (now owner's)dreams !

  Patricia is very professional and is taking care of her clients in the best way possible.
  We deal with many agents.
  She is the best agent that we ever deal with, very punctual, very polite and she always answer on the phone when you call her.
  To buy a condominium the whole experience was very easy, stress free and highly professional.

  Patricia is very knowledgeable. She goes out of her way to make time for showings and is always punctual. Very friendly demeanor and will really fight for you to make sure you get what you want. She is good at pointing out any flaws and good points in properties and ensures that your experience is as stress free as possible. I will be using her again in the future for sure and recommending her to all of my friends.
