Rarely am I completely blown away by the level of customer service I receive at a retail store...but Old Navy Yorkdale manages to exceed expectations every time.
Every staff member I have encountered is cheerful, professional and exceptionally helpful.
Overall the staff here is a wonderful example of the power of customer service! -

(April 10, 2019, 1:01 pm)Tends to have good deals, staff seems friendly and helpful enough. Men's clothes are hidden away up on the third floor. If you're paying with debit or credit make sure to pay while you're upstairs and skip the line downstairs with the women's clothes.
