  I read some of the unfair reviews and as long-term customer I feel I should voice my experience.
  My first purchase was 10 years ago and I have bought items every single year since then to furnish my rentals properties. The ridiculous attacks on Gary are absurd. Gary is the hardest worker there. He works the opening hours of his showroom and in the evening has personally delivered all my orders in the past decade. I think not because he has too, but because he wants to make sure all deliveries are done correctly. In the past decade only once a delivery had missing screws and all items were not delivered at once. However, if you respectfully calmly voice your concerns or questions he is very professional and has fixed all problems within the week of the delivery.
  
  Yes, the prices are VERY attractive for the items, the more attractive, the more it tends to mean the item will not last that long and better care must be taken for the longevity. Gary didn't manufacture the items so to blame him for the quality is ridiculous. This can be avoided if you simply just ask GARY what items are best bang for your buck and trust me he's very straight forward about what are the cheapest material wise and what's he recommends to suit your needs. Also, Stop complaining about the showroom, should be happy to actually have one to go too, most online furniture stores don't even have one.
  
  BUYER BEWARE: this is advice has nothing to do with Gary's business or his service, more on the manufacturer side. From my experience the platform beds are the cheapest on the market, looks great but the slats and middle support beam gives out 6mth-1 years use. This is an easy $15 dollar fix. I buy wood from home Depo to add further support to the middle of the bed and gorilla glue to glue back the slats. The metal legs on their couches or sectionals tends break easily if you move the furniture often or put too much pressure with kids jumping on it. So just take due care. Other than that the foam mattresses are top notch at comfort and very reasonably priced.   I highly recomment this store. Being honest seeing all these negative comment about them made me really worry.but they are all beyond reality. I got a sectional sofa, dinning table and chairs mattress bed frame dresser and pillows from them .the quality was great . The assembly was much more easier than ikea .and also reasonbale price. I highly recommend this store
