Lived here for 13 years and I loved it. Never had any problems w/ pests like roaches, bed bugs or mice. Never even saw a bug the whole time I lived here. Pretty sure the building is old but they always keep it updated and clean. The washrooms and kitchen are presentable and not disgusting like you see in older buildings. Would move back in the future. The rent was pretty cheap when I left, I don't know about now. Highly recommend, it's beautiful for co-op housing.
