(May 19, 2021, 1:16 am)Sent a gift basket to my boyfriends mom. it was beautiful. unfortunately when she sent me a picture the chocolates did not match the basket I purchased. when i asked about it they said it was part of their terms and conditions agreement. thats fine. but it says in the agreement that it is of equal or greater value. neither of those were true. I hope they figure that out. or include a greater amount of chocolate to keep it equal to the price point.
Other than that it was a beautiful basket. I upgraded to two bottles of wine. she did enjoy the chocolate thankfully:) I will be ordering a basket for his father next month. probably going to skip the chocolate basket though. -

(May 18, 2021, 11:45 am)The gift arrived at the time specified and I saw a picture of it and it looked beautiful. I think I may have made an error however. I wanted the Red wine exchanged for a bottle of white wine, but she received a bottle of red and a bottle of white, but no Teddy Bear.
I will definitely use you service again and pass on your information to my friends here in Australia.
