(October 30, 2016, 1:02 am)There was an employee there, her name was Laura Lavalee, a manager of client care, I believe. She was so friendly, open and ready to answer any questions I had. I've never been made to feel so welcome and appreciated and because of that I will recommend your organization to anyone I know in Ontario. If your team of employees are anything like her there then I am confident that it's a great organization looking to make a difference. I will definitely be making donations here this year!!
