My partner and I recently bought a house with the wonderful Jacqueline Watson as our real estate agent. As first-time home buyers, we were a bundle of nerves and excitement; having Jacky to guide us through the process was invaluable. Our search was widespread—we looked at many different houses, in many different neighbourhoods. Prior to each showing, Jacky provided us with a market analysis that gave us an excellent idea of what similar houses were going for. When viewing properties, Jacky was careful to point out pros and cons, helping to inform our decision process. We never felt uncomfortable asking her questions, as we knew we would always receive an honest, thorough answer.

Jacky was always available—she answered our texts and emails within the hour, and often quicker—which made booking showings easy. My partner and I work odd and sometimes long hours, and Jacky was always able to accommodate our schedules.

Further to this, Jacky is a tough, skilled negotiator: she scored us a great deal on our house. What's more, from the day we put in an offer until the day we closed, Jacky guided us through the process with ease (she is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the purchase process, and amazing at sharing that knowledge with her clients). She often went above and beyond to resolve any issues that popped up during closing, keeping us updated throughout.
