In the jungle (that’s what we refer to it as), you’ll find an incredible environment and classes that push you to your very limits, and then ask you to go one step further. The expert coaches and trainers here are extremely knowledgeable and tremendously passionate about what they do. They teach their classes and train their clients with the kind of personal touch you would expect from a boutique sports gym, without the boutique price tag. Walking into the jungle, is like walking into your home away from home. Everyone from the staff to the clients will quickly learn your name. That feeling of intimidation or uncertainty that often comes when joining a gym, will quickly be replaced with a feeling of belonging and family – we truly are a family! From your first experience, you will never have felt more challenged or had as much fun. Take it from me, it becomes an addiction that you can feel good about #bodybyintech !

As a retired NCAA athlete I found it hard to get back into the gym and have the mindset to workout alone when I was use to a team atmosphere that pushed you to the next level. I have been going to In-Tech for over a year now. My confidence, body and mind have transformed. The coaches are amazing! They are real people who care about helping you achieve your goals. I never thought I would enjoy going to the gym again as much as I do now, the Bootcamp classes and Sunday Shred are my go to!... In-Tech has changed my attitude and knowledge of training as well as given me a healthier lifestyle with their nutrition classes. Can't wait to see and feel the results over the next several months! #IntechFamily
