I am a very active person who runs, does weight training, yoga, Pilates and many exercise classes a week. I have always had a problem with sciatica and therefore visited many physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other specialists over the years. At one point, my pain got to the state that I could not sit. Recently I also started developing a pain in my hips. On the recommendation of my friend, I made an appointment to see Annya at Health Spectrum. To my surprise, after a couple of sessions, my pain was gone.
Annya is very knowledgeable. She explains the problems clearly and knows how to properly treat them. The results are undeniable.
I know that because I am an active person, I need to make sure that my body does not tense up. Therefore, I now regularly visit Annya and maintain my body in the state that I can live pain-free and continue doing everything that I love.
