He will get you out of your comfort zone in terms of what you need to do and challenge you on key decisions in putting forth your ads on facebook and instagram.
He will tell me what's need to be improved, and following day I will see it from his perspective and why I should be running the social campaign in this way.
Lowell works hard to get things together and thinks through why he is doing what. He is a balanced, strong & fair personality to put you on the right direction.
You do need that fightback from your social media manager to ensure you do not get caught in your own ideas and do your marketing in the most effective way.
