  Low down goes as follows.
  
  1. Very Clean
  2. Food is on point!
  3. Prices are amazing.
  4. Staff is very friendly.
  
  Overall, a great place to get some good pho.
  The ban mi is 5 dollars!!
  
  Edit: After trying different items on the menu, I had to bring down my rating. Number 2. and 4. are not on par.

  Soup broth for Pho wasn't warm enough to effect the rare beef inside which was a bit of a bummer, along with it not really being warm enough to properly enjoy. The Hot and Sout broth seemed to be an appropriate temperature. The fresh rolls although nice an large are awkward to eat since they are not sliced in half.

  my last dish was with the dried noodles and was the best dish for many months. I like this place and is near home. I have gone back and i keep telling them why they boil the veggies now? They don't want to stir fry it...as far as i can see, they just decided to boil most of the veggies instead of stir fry like they did in the past. I am surprised that we have to eat boiled veggies which are tasteless.
  Nonetheless they are a good Asian restaurant.
