This is Tom Krcmar. I am reviewing Genesis homes because I purchased a townhouse for my Daughter in Maple. Thank you Genesis and all the Waltmans - great product, great look and great service. We are in Occupancy now and I received all I expected and more. I am glad we purchased with Genesis.
Eaton on the Park.. location ia good. Customer service reacts fast on urgent needs, just pending for some minor fixes. Happy with overall.
I have read so many reviews here about Genesis Homes. Yes, I do agree some of it as I also experienced some confusions and difficulties when contacting Customer Care Team at the very beginning.
However, I must say that Genesis Homes DO CARE about their customers in a great way. They listen to your concerns and they do respond as quickly as possible. If issues can not be solved immediately, they actually would tell you that it's on their schedule to be completed. I was so impressed by Daniel, one of the company owners, who even responded my email and addressed my concerns during his vacation time. Moreover, I really appreciate Ruvan, who is VP and also the owner of the company, worked so hard to ensure all concerns to be addressed and completed in a way it should be. He truly cares about customers' concern and take actions in no time. Thank you, Ruvan.
Anyway, if we all truly understand that "nobody is perfect", we should all appreciate what Genesis Homes has done to accommodating and to be helpful through the whole purchase and move-in process. They may not be the perfect builder company but they are making great effort to satisfy customers. That is why I want to share a few words here. Let's all to be nice to each other with a thankful heart.
