Great experience with Dr. Woods and his staff! I was convinced that I had relatively strong eye sight, until Dr. Woods explained the importance of eye exams and the stigma around eye health. His passion for optometry and patient care was very clear during my visit, and he was very thorough in explaining all the results from my tests. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my new glasses, and the staff were very patient in helping pick out the perfect frames! This was especially noticeable to me because I am very indecisive, and I was worried I would be pressured into buying the most expensive frames. However, Dr. Woods and his team provided the utmost care during my appointment, and I came out with a great pair of glasses, along with a new perspective on the importance of eye health.

Dr Woods is wonderful. He is very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. He took time to listen to my concerns, explained the results of the eye exams and answered all my questions. He is very accommodating, thorough, and very patient. His staffs are also respectful and professional except for his assistant who gave me the prices and showed me the glasses. As she was doing so, it felt like she was in a hurry to go home. I asked her a question and she answered in a condescending way. She never smiled but looked annoyed the whole time.

I highly recommend Dr Mike Woods and his team. This is an amazing place, everybody is interested in making sure you are welcome and you get the help you need. Dr Woods is so kind and very caring. He took the time to listen and then explained his findings in a professional way. He went out of his way to ensure that my mother received the care she needed. This is a Doctor who gives his all for his patients. We are forever grateful for all your help . Keep up the up the good work!!!

I was very happy with my visit at FYidoctors - North York location. Dr. Woods was very kind and took the time to explain me all the procedure.
