In October 2018, I strained my neck badly in an unfortunate and sudden move. I lost all range of motion of the neck to the right, so if I had to turn my head to the right, I now had to turn my entire upper body in a Frankenstein-type move, and the pain was insane.

Dr. Shnier even followed up with me few days later to make sure my neck issue was fully solved. He also showed me how to do neck exercises at home and gave me tips on how to prevent similar injuries. I felt incentivized to keep myself in shape.
