  Very good vegan meals at a family owned restaurant. The assorted "meat" pad thai was delicious. Also, the mock beef on screwers... that was superb! Service was fast and the lady that served us (I assume she is the owner) was very nice. Would definitely be back for more vegan food!

  I knew about this restaurant through "Discovery around" on Google Map. It is nice that they all get good reviews. We planned to come to the restaurant to know more about the service and the restaurant but then we didn't. Hopefully we will come to try dine-in experience at Flower Lantern Vegetarian Restaurant. We ordered a dish with rice, egg cake, shredded pork and grill pork chop; and a vermicelli with spring roll, grilled beef, shrimp with sugar cane and something like pork skewer. I did ask for exrra fish sauce and they all prepared the take-out so carefully. The portion is good and worth the price. we all turned out so full after this. I would love to come here one day.
  Would recommend this for someone vegetarian and also non-vegetarian around North York.

  This Vegetarian restaurant's meals are almost all Vegan, the exception being a few containing egg which can easily be left out. The food can also be made without onion or garlic, ideal for those of the Jain faith.This is the perfect place for people who are transitioning to a vegetarian diet as there is a plethora of "mock meat" dishes that taste true to their beautiful form, even looking like meat! We saw several tables walk in at once and sat in amazement at how quickly the food was served. Our meals were so tasty we ordered another meal to share for desert! We wish Flower Lantern the very best in business!

  The owner is extremely nice and welcoming. We tried the BBQ mock beef and it tasted like premium beef so delicious. We also had two different soup noodle bowls that were very good. I would recommend trying BBQ beef skewers to everyone and mock duck noodle soup.

  I have now visited this restaurant a second time and the food and friendly service is consistent!! I definitely enjoy the BBQ skewers! Tastes just like BBQ beef, so delicious! It is definitely a big plus when you can eat food and and not have the bloated feeling after your meal, with no animal fat or cholesterol and no animal hormones too! This place is a must try!
