I discovered Floris a few years ago while I worked a couple blocks away. Over those years, Ive popped in and pre-ordered several bouquets for clients and loved ones that are always a big hit! (I still find time to visit even though I've since moved out of the area). Their service and attention to detail is always on point. Even in more recent times with Covid-19 and all the measures businesses are taking, Sarah and her team have never disappointed. Earlier this week, I needed to pick up a custom bouquet on my lunch break. Thanks to their fast turnaround, I had a beautiful and fresh arrangement in my hands in about 15 minutes! I understand the bouquet was also comprised of Ontario grown flowers, which was fantastic. I've always been a large believer of shopping small and local, and this is one fantastic local business that will always have my support. They have superb quality, designs, service and work ethic. It’s evident they care about their community, customers and the quality of their work as well. If you have any floral needs that require something truly special and made with a loving touch, this is definitely your place.

My husband asked Sarah and her team to create a beautiful flower arrangement for me following the birth of our daughter. They did such a beautiful arrangement that truly brightened up the room and my day. The flowers were so fresh and vibrant! I would highly recommend this florist.

Just Exceptional! I have had the pleasure of using Floris for the last 10+ years for several orders and occasions. I regularly travel for work and often contact Floris from all around the globe for my floral needs. They have never ever disappointed. From everyday occasions, to spoiling my girlfriend, to funeral arrangements and condolences. They have even helped me send perfect kid size posy bouquets for my nieces. I have sent several flowers over the years and the quality of their arrangements are always consistent. Flowers are fresh, fragrant and beautifully wrapped. They even called ahead to ensure the recipient is home and verify if there are any allergies or sensitivity to aromas. This ended up being a HUGE help when I ordered thank you flowers for a colleague and the girls at Floris let me know that not only was the recipient away for the week, she was allergic to certain flowers. Floris ensured something gorgeous and non-allergenic was delivered to her upon her arrival home from holidays. Needless to say, this level of service is rare in this day + age of couriers and online ordering.
