(January 21, 2020, 1:30 am)I have always had a great experience with the professional medical advice and care from Dr. Fanipour. He is a good person and a good doctor. But, unfortunately the secretaries at the front desk are so rude, unattentive and they never the phone when trying to call. I have tried to call many times while the office is open and they never answer. I leave detailed messages and get responses back 4 hours later. When the secretaries answer the phone they just bounce you around with appointments 2-3 weeks later. I have noticed that these secretaries will have favouritism with their friends and book them right away, while everyone is pushed back.
