Everything was done over the phone and I didn’t need to go to the agency. Thanks for the great job. Definitely recommend it to everyone. -

From customer service to price matching their service is exceptional. The advisers are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I have recommended them to many and will continue to do the same. I talked to three of their agent and they could manage to find the best flight/price for my family including 4 Adult and 2 child and one infant. they followed up many times to be sure I’m satisfied of the offer. for our change date after departure she negotiate with the airline and I could save CAD 3000.00 . This is really appreciated and I’m so happy that I can trust this agency from beginning (looking for a good ticket) to the end (even if I encounter some problems).
