Within this time period, not only has my pain become immensely more manageable, but I have also been able to lose over 16 lbs. (and counting!) following Hooman’s nutritional suggestions and exercise regimen. He is extensively knowledgeable in anatomy and human physiology, and is very up to date in new studies and information pertaining to his field. His in depth knowledge and expertise in treating my condition has benefited me greatly because he has been able to tailor his treatment specifically to my symptoms and feedback. Besides his wealth of knowledge, I genuinely feel that Hooman is passionate about his work and truly cares about his clients health and well-being. Every time I visit Dur1 Health ,I always feel welcomed and that I am in a professional, warm, and caring environment. I cannot recommend Hooman enough!

(November 22, 2018, 3:14 am)Dur1health is a fantastic private studio if you need to get fit or treat your injuries. Hooman has helped me by reducing my pains, correcting my posture and making me stronger. The facility is very nice and clean with free parking. Highly recommended!

He is always learning, which keeps our workouts interesting, and his neck massages are awesome! The workout space is intimate clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!
