(July 22, 2019, 4:28 pm)The overall experience is positive. I used them as my insurance directed me to them. I don’t regret it. They were quick polite. They even gave me an upgrade without asking them. That was well received gesture. My only comment was that they didn’t allow me to drop the car to any different location. They insisted on the same location. Therefore I left the car in my garage and haven’t used it. That is the only reason that I scored 4 not 5
