We were able to arrange a few details before hand such as a few times that wouldn't work for us because of the nature of our business. They were able to arrange all of our requests, which really meant a lot. I honestly didn't hear him at all while he cleaned the windows of our building. We were concerned it would be loud pressure washers, noisy, but he was extremely quiet and efficient. Richard left the place spotless inside and out, and we are going to continue using his professional services moving forward.
