(January 22, 2016, 12:53 am)Ordered an inspection recently for newer 2014 Ford Edge. Didn't expect anything new to come out of the inspection since its a relatively new car. However they were able to tell the door was repainted, but not replaced. Had the door been replaced I'd be a bit more concerned, overall very helpful on the phone.

(June 22, 2015, 12:55 pm)They were very helpful over the phone with any questions and concerns I had, even after inspection was completed. They were patient with explaining the results on the inspection sheet, since otherwise I wouldn’t know what to make of it. I didn’t end up getting the car since they found seeping engine oil, so I’ll definitely have them check out my next choice. They should look into giving returning customers a discount though.
