I received an email from Buy Well asking me to leave a review for my chance to win a free wellness kit, which probably explains why there's so many reviews all at once on here. I wanted to wait until I received my order so that it would be a true review. The selection on the site is pretty good, but the prices aren't very competitive. My order took almost 2 months to arrive. Customer service was nice, but they didn't have a solution for the hold up on the delivery. Overall, an OK experience, but I will likely not buy from here again.

I had a great experience with BuyWell! One of the products that I purchased online was out of stock and I had to wait a few weeks until they restocked the item, but their customer service was impeccable. They checked in with me every week at least once to let me know the status of the product, and they even offered to replace it with something similar just so I wouldn’t have to wait for so long. I did wait it out and was extremely satisfied with it, as well as with everything else. BuyWell has an amazing team, their products are top notch and I am looking forward to my future experiences with them. Thank you.

First off, the customer service is amazing. They truly value their customers and take the time to make sure they are happy with their order. I love the range of products, I get to try new and healthy things which I love. Also love the cards you include that we can plant!! This is seriously the coolest thing I've seen a company do! Shipping is fast as well and packed great. Going to place another order very soon ????

This is an online retailer for health based foods and supplies. I enjoy some of the products that may not be easily found in regular grocery stores or pharmacies. Different products go on sale at different times so you may be able to strike a deal as well. Though it does not have a store front, communication by email is not bad. I did have an issue with my order but it was solved very quickly. The packaging is nice with a very sturdy box. Although, I would hope in the future to eliminate more plastic bags given within the box. I live very close to the location, I wish there would be a pick-up option to save on shipping cost. Will probably purchase again from this site in the future.
