(June 12, 2019, 10:46 pm)Great customer service. All employees try to help when they can. And the store has a great return policy. Love the fact that they email a receipt to you so no need of loosing it to cover a return or check for extended warranties.

Product? Check.
Staff? Ehhh... they ask, they run past, they try, they try less. It's a mixed bag.
If you know what you're looking for, it's an easy place to navigate. I've never had an issue with online pickup or returns.
I find it better than other locations, so I go here more often. -

I just ran in very quickly to recycle my previous toner, so it's nice that you can do that here.It's a pretty big store so it's easy to get lost but they have pretty much everything you need. Overall I'm pretty happy with the service. I just wish the staff, at least some of them, had a little bit more product knowledge. The lady that checked me out was okay but kind of gave me a hard time about price matching.

(May 17, 2019, 4:01 am)They have a pretty good return policy so if you get hkme and realize it was a bad choice you can still give it back. They also have pretty good staff to help you with finding and selecting electronics. They do seem to put up a bit of a hustle but sometimes their prices are better

(May 2, 2019, 3:33 pm)The people working here are awesome and down to earth. There is simply no way they can know everything but they are not afraid to ask someone who might be more knowledgeable. The store is always clean and dust free. I had no issues returning /exchanging few items over the years.
