  Elena provided me with assistance on a broken multi-point lever.
  
  A locksmith had come to try to fix things, but ended up making the problem far worse. I took the broken lock to Barcres to try to find a similar product, but they suggested fixing things for far cheaper instead.
  
  Their expertise saved me time and money! Thank you!!

  I called Barcres today for a simple question and Diane picked up the phone.
  Diane made me feel welcomed and not rushed. Very rarely do you call a specialty store and get excellent customer service but that is exactly what I got with Diane today. Diane took her time emailing me Lever options and also allowed me to stay within my budget for my renovation.

  This is an amazing company, I love how they have a HUGE variety of hardware. From door handles and hinges all the way, to door stops and magnets! All the staff are amazing. Their sales representatives Julia, Fernanda, and Diana are excellent at educating you with the door hardware terminology, they all have great customer service skills. Definitely hard to come across now a days. Absolutely recommend Barcres for anyone looking for hardware in the GTA
